Functional Consulting Ticket

  • Tickets do not imply technical support from the HubSpot platform.

  • Unconsumed tickets are not cumulative from month to month.

  • We recommend contracting this package after the training is finished to ensure the adoption and use of the platform by the entire team.

  • The SLA for ticket resolution is 72 hours. business days from receipt of the order.

 

The tickets that we provide as functional and technical consulting can be consumed in one of the following ways:

  • Resolutions to technical implementation problems, which require modification and differ from the original configuration. For example, modification or addition of properties of existing objects, changes in page templates, etc.

  • "How-to" queries related to the use of the platform, which can be resolved with a 1-to-1 transfer of knowledge in a personalized way or with video tutorials.

  • Task execution request to HAL Company who, instead of transferring knowledge, may execute a specific task regarding configuration or changes to them.

  • Reconfigurations within the CRM for Contact, Company or dynamic/static Lists, segmentation, sub-segmentation, etc.

  • Escalate support queries with the brand whenever necessary.

 

Development and integration management

HAL Company is the only Advanced Implementation Certified partner in Latin America enabled by Hubspot Inc. to implement Enterprise product versions, develop HubSpot integrations with other corporate platforms, and migrate data to and from HubSpot.

The development of an integration software is not included in the descriptions of Services and technical set-up.

The options to carry out integrations that we recommend, depending on whether or not they have in-house developers available, are the following:
